Love Your Body!

I’m sure if I ask you to tell me what’s wrong with your body, you could talk to hours. We are so conditioned to see what should be different, that we don’t appreciate what we have.



Journal about it

Today I’m asking you to write in your JOURNAL everything that’s right, everything that you are grateful and what you appreciate in your body. Your body is exactly what it needs to be! Your body is supporting you in expressing your energy. You have exactly the body you need to be the best you can. Tell everything you love about your body.

TOUCH your body

everywhere you can and say THANK YOU, I LOVE YOU. Show your body love it deserves!


Use affirmations

Say them a lot. As many times you need to feel better. Write them on little post-it notes and carry them with you. Or put on your mirror.

“My body deserves love.”
“My body can do awesome things.”
“My body is a temple. I want to treat it with love and respect.”
“As long as I am good, kind, and hold myself with integrity, it doesn’t matter what other people think of me.”
“It’s okay for me to like myself. It’s okay for me to love myself.”
“I am still beautiful when I’m having a bad hair day :)”
