Recently I started to use afformations. Those are similar to affirmations, but said as a question instead the statement. It’s how you trick your mind to look for clues and proof to make it real 🙂
I found out 3 afformations, that are perfect when you have hidden blocks and limits and you are not even sure what they are. Just keep saying (and fill in whatever you want to be):
Why is it OK for me to (be) …?
Why do I allow myself to (be) …?
Why do I have permission to (be) …?
It’s OK to be YOU!
p.s. Affirmations still work 🙂 And when you feel down, use one of 101 LOVE YOURSELF AFFIRMATION CARDS!
