When you can’t change the past, change your attitude about it;)
Let go of the past mistakes, what you have done or have not done, what you have said or not, stop blaming and shaming yourself, go past your anger, fear or frustration.Take responsibility for your actions, whether they are right or wrong. What is done, is done. Give yourself permission to move on and allow yourself to look into the future <3
Journal about it.
Write yourself forgiveness letter. Write down everything that you haven’t made peace with. Write about your mistakes, failures, even wins, if you don’t feel great about them. Write about your feelings at that moment, and how you feel today about it. Describe WHY are you still angry/mad/resentful.. about it. What would you do differently?

Use EFT/tapping for everything that came out. You can use this video as starting point and then (even better) use your own words from the journal
Say them a lot. As many times you need to feel better. Write them on little post-it notes and carry them with you. Or put on your mirror.
“I forgive myself for my past mistakes.”
“I let go of the anger for my past mistakes.”
“I forgive myself for the things I have done or not done in my past.”
“I allow myself to move forward.”
“I accept that I did the best I could at the time with what I knew.”
“I forgive myself so that I can have inner peace again.”
” I am willing to live with all of who I am.”
